Moisturize your face, especially people with dry skin.

Apply foundation that matches your natural skin tone for a smooth skin effect.

Apply powder for that flawless look to your face and matte down any shiny areas on your face. Gently tap the powder pad on the back of your hand before applying it on the face to shake off any excess powder.

Blush adds color and freshens up your face instantly. See 'Applying Blush' for more details.

Pluck your eyebrows, apply eye shadow, eyeliner and mascara and do eye makeup very very carefully. If you are not confident, leave this part out completely.

Classic, tried and tested natural/neutral color combinations are best for eyes, unless you are quite an expert.

Define the lips using the lip liner and fill up the lip color using the brush.

You may use lip-gloss too for a sexier look.

A tinge of shine powder can instantly transform you for that evening party.

It is always good to be aware of the latest trends and fashions in makeup and being innovative and creative to have a distinctive style of your own helps too.

EYE MAKE UP 4 FAIR FACE

Clean your eyes with a gentle makeup remover to get rid of any traces of eyeliner and mascara.Take an eyelash curler and squeeze for about 5-7 seconds. With your eye closed, draw a light line with an eyeliner on your top eyelid (don't worry if it isn't perfect, you can fix it later).

Open your eye and line your bottom lid with eyeliner. Use waterproof mascara on the bottom and top lashes. Make sure that you add more mascara to the outer lashes for a more girly look.

Take a lighter tan-colored powder if you have light-colored skin, and sweep it on just above the eyeliner up to the area where your eye creases and sweep up to your eyebrow. Use this same color and sweep under your eyes and in the corners (to get rid of dark circles and wrinkles).

Blend the colors so that they transition nicely, and make sure your mascara isn't clumpy.

Repeat on the other eye.

tip reds and blues go well together.'

Don't use orange-like foundation if you have fair skin, this will give a plastic effect.
A wonderful way to bring out those stunning green eyes is with eyeshadow. You'll find that warm colors like deep purples, plums, mauves, lilacs, golds, bronzes, deep greens, coppers, browns, medium pinks, peaches, and apricots are all excellent choices for green eyes.

You should avoid cool colors like blues, silvers, whites and pastels since they can give you a washed-out look.

Another thing you might want to consider when choosing the right makeup for your green eyes is the color of your eyeliner. Black eyeliner tends to be harsh and it's probably best to avoid it. Try browns instead, and for special occasions, golds or bronzes.

You should also take into consideration your blush and lipstick colors. For blushes, brown, rose and peach and apricot are all good color choices. Try brown, rose, mauve, plum and burgundy colors for lipsticks.

If you would like to take choosing the right makeup for green eyes one step further, your skin tone can also make a difference in the colors you choose. Dark skin tones with green eyes look best in colors such as mauve, bronze and medium purple. Medium skin tones with green eyes look best in colors like mauves, medium purples, and brownish pinks. For pale skin tones with green eyes, try colors like medium pinkish brown and medium purple.

A few things you might want to keep in mind when applying eyeshadows: Use lighter colors like peach, taupe or apricot to highlight the brow bone. Try darker shades like earthy brown, deep purple or green for the crease and medium shades such as pinkish brown, mauve or lilac for the eyelid.

Also keep in mind that not everyone has the same shade of green eyes, so while some of the colors suggestions above might work for you, others might not. It's always a good idea to experiment with colors since it allows you to find the right shades that will work for you. Remember bringing attention to your green eyes will take a little practice, but with the right makeup, the results will be simply stunning.

keep it natural.Green and red( not suggesting you use red) are complimentary colors. So like coppers, greens, browns, gold, grays. And your hair color also effects the way color looks so take that into cionsideration.
try smoky eye... ^_^
i say a little mascara, brown eyeshawdow, a little eyeliner on

the top and a little blush. i think thats enough
the less make up, the more natural, the prettier
be as natural as possible....looks the best...

may be just an eyepencil and a lip gloss is the best...:)
